Penrith RUFC is a thriving, community-focused rugby club with teams across every age group – from our youngest U7s right through to U18s and senior players. Our Youth Section provides a fun, safe and inclusive environment where children can develop rugby skills, make friends, and be part of a supportive club community.

We’re proud that many of our players go on to represent District, County and Professional Schools of Rugby, with some progressing to higher levels of the game. All of our team managers and coaches are volunteers, fully DBS-checked and committed to player welfare and development.

Membership Information 2024/25
Membership fees contribute directly to running costs, equipment, coaching development, and facilities. Subscriptions are due from 1st September and can be paid in full (once yearly) or across eight monthly instalments via our Pitchero website.

If paying by cheque or cash, please complete an individual Youth Membership Form for each player. If you pay online via Pitchero, your child’s registration details are collected automatically, no paper form needed.

All players up to and including U16 must complete a Child Protection Form.

New players can try rugby for up to a month before registration and payment are required.

Match Day & Parent Responsibilities
Please ensure your child has confirmed transport for away fixtures.
If you’re not at training or a game, you must remain contactable in case of injury.
Coaches are responsible for the team as a group, not individual travel arrangements.
Age groups are set as of 1st September each season.
