A quick reminder to players and parents

A quick reminder to everyone about the procedure for purchasing any playing, training and leisure kit which bears the Penrith RUFC Club logo.
• So that we can maintain continuity of design, colour and style on all kit and maximise the discount we receive then the above should be purchased through Halbro Sportswear –Nigel Beaty will coordinate all enquiries (nigel@halbro.com).
• ALL playing shirts are sponsored exclusively by AW Jenkinson Forest Products and no alternatives are allowed.
• AWJ assist us in the purchase of full sets of playing shirts but they do not pay for lost or damaged items. If a shirt is damaged during a match, then the Club will provide a replacement but if it is lost by an individual then it has to be replaced at his/her cost.
• Other items of Halbro kit: shorts, socks, training tops, T shirts etc. are available to be sponsored by individuals or companies but the design has to be approved by the Club.
• Other non –Halbro kit such as bobble hats, ties, youth dress shirts, balls, bibs and cones etc. are purchased from other suppliers via Nigel.
• Any purchases made on a Club account must be accompanied by an official order number approved by a Director or Senior manager. If kit is to be funded by a sponsor, then the Club will invoice the sponsor and must receive payment before the order can proceed. Nigel will coordinate all purchases and designs.
• Any individual can purchase their own kit via the Halbro link on the website, the Club receives a small % cashback on all purchases.
The Club spent a considerable time a few years ago in standardising our kit packages at all levels in terms of supply, design and purchase and the above will help us maintain our important corporate brand.
If you have any queries then contact Nigel Beaty on 07793121104 or nigel@halbro.com
