Over the last two years, Penrith Rugby Club has focussed efforts towards promoting its image publicly, improving club communications and increasing club awareness significantly through a combination of press releases, video content and social media marketing to our members, supporters, sponsors and the general public. This has been through the efforts of our Social Media Manager, Hannah Craig.
Unfortunately, due to work and personal commitments Hannah is having to step back from the role and we are now looking for someone who can replace her and continue the progress we have made. Consequently, we are now looking for someone with the drive and enthusiasm to take us to the next level.
We would like to offer the position to someone within the club who would benefit from the experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is either currently involved with these activities or who is keen to further their marketing/media career by gaining valuable work experience in this field. You will be supervised and mentored by an experienced professional and be fully supported by our Board of Directors, who recognise the increasing importance of this role.
Applicants will be fully briefed on the responsibilities and requirements and given a content calendar plan to ensure they are aware of the commitment required in the role.
