Rucking Disaster!

A good physical game in which our boys let themselves down in the rucks, conceding at least 10 on their own ball. Penrith simply could not keep possession of the ball when under pressure, conceding 6 tries as a result, with the real damage done in the 1st half, where they were outscored 3:1. Eight man scrums proved testing and restarts went too often to the opponents key strike runners.

On a more positive note our attacking play was good in parts with the best bit where Lewis and Ollie B sent Gary into apoplexy with a chip and chase, resulting in a Penrith score under the posts!

However, all is fixable as we were a few players down, it's only the second match of the season and we have Thursday nights! Try scorers were Ollie Boyes (2), Zak Dunn (1) and Ollie Larkins (1) with Lewis adding 2 conversions.
