The squad included; Katie Holloway, Millie Anderson, Evie Wallace, Matilda McTear, Eimhear McGrath, Bianca Riciv, Tallulah Longrigg, Eleanor Brook, Jessica Hodgson and Gracie Siddle.
They enjoyed 4 games of 8 a side v various combined team from Ayr, Moffat, Annan & Cumnock before combining for a taste of 15 a side full pitch rugby. All the players improved dramatically especially those getting their first taste of match rugby. Coach Elizabeth Brook was very pleased in particular seeing the teamwork and support for each other develop throughout the matches.
Evie led the try scoring showing her pace and strength followed by Gracie Siddle playing her first ever games. Eimhear was impressive in attack and defence putting in the tackle of the day! Matilda added a try to her high work rate and Jessica deserved her try as she continues to improve. Tallaluahs pace saw her score a couple of tries and work hard in defence. Bianca carried strongly through the middle and loves to tackle. Eleanor and Millie were busy getting in the right places - the end result will come. Katies' powerful running caused the opposition problems great to see her confidence grow.
