U7 Mixed Team (School Year 2)

Our U7s are the youngest members of the Penrith RUFC family and are all about fun, friendship, and learning the basics of rugby in a safe, supportive environment.

The team train at the beginning of the season on a Sunday morning, and they also take part in fun mini rugby festivals. Sessions are focused on developing teamwork, coordination, and confidence through tag rugby-style games.
