After giving 1st XV Team Captain, Ed Swale, his say last week... we felt it was only right to then follow up with his right hand man, Vice Captain, Adam Howe.

First, a few questions regarding his teammates...

1. Who has got the worst dress sense? – “I'm going to say George Graham purely for the hooded lycra he wears for training. That combined with Scotland gear is a no go."

2. Who is the funniest player? - "Daniel Richardson more specifically 'Diesel Dan'... if you know, you know."

3. Who is Mr. Vain? – "Josh Dowson he loves himself and has a great rig, it's just a shame about his hairline."

4. Who is the most skilled player? – "Jamie McNaughton again, Macca is hands down the most skillful rugby player I've had the pleasure of playing with. The man could step you in a phone box."

5. Who is hard as nails? – "Adrigh Cole. If he was 2 stone heavier he'd be unstoppable. In his first senior training session Allinson gave him a dig in a ruck and Adrigh waited for him at the next one and have him a dig right back I've never seen Allinson as shocked in my life."

6. Who is kit man’s nightmare? – “Matt Allinson, he is first to take anything left over in the changing rooms and it gets lost in his black hole of a rugby bag and once in the gear is inside maybe gets washed twice per season max."

7. Who has the best dance moves? – "Jon Fell without a doubt. The man is rhythm personified."

8. Who is best DJ? – "It has to be Macca, however I'd like to give Jay Rossi an honourable mention as when called upon he never fails to deliver."

9. Who is Mr. Grumpy? – "Edward Swale the day after a night out is the grumpiest man alive."

10. If you could be another teammate for a week, who would it be and why? – "Tom Lindsey as I'd love to reminisce and see the world from the height of a 10 year old again.

And a few about Howey himself…

11. What would you buy if you had a million pounds? – “I wouldn't really have a choice, Elisha Day would most likely purchase a massive plot of land and rescue loads of dogs."

12. If you had to play another position what would it be and why? – “Winger. I'd like to see what wingers do whilst the majority of the game isn't on their wing."

13. What did you used to get in trouble for at school? – “Being completely and utterly unorganised and doing homework in the break before it was due to be handed in."

14. What do you eat for breakfast on a game day? – “Usually scrambled eggs on toast with plenty of HP fruity brown sauce."

15. What is the best piece of advice your parent has given you? – “Try your best at whatever you do."
