Our U14 girls train every Wednesday from 5:30 pm till 6:45 pm at Penrith Rugby Club

Players will need rugby boots and a gum shield for training and matches.

The team enjoys a great mix of friendly fixtures and County Cup games, giving every player the chance to develop their skills, build confidence, and have fun as part of a supportive squad.

We always welcome new players, whether you’re completely new to rugby or already have some experience. Come along and give it a try!
