Our U16 Girls train every Wednesday from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm at Penrith Rugby Club.

The squad enjoys a busy and exciting season of rugby, with fixtures ranging from friendlies to Fellside Sauna North East & Cumbria League matches.

We always welcome new players, whether you’ve played before or are brand new to rugby. Just come along, join in, and be part of a supportive, fun, and ambitious team.
